With tight tolerances and the repetitive motion of a robot, it is imperative to design a Robosuit™ with that in mind. All of our Robosuits™ are manufactured with velcro panels for ease of access to all mounting locations as well as electric and pneumatic connections. Windows for sync marks can be provided allowing for ease of programming without removal of the Robosuit™. Notice on this UP-6 how custom panels allow for cable access to the shoulder, as well as hardware mounting locations.
