| Working in an environment manufacturing glassware is not a "cool" job. This Staubli robot is extracting the finished glassware from the oven as it exits on the conveyor. With the need to protect the robot from the radiant heat of the furnace, we suited the RX-130 with an aluminum coated Kevlar suit good for temperatures up to 1500°F and still allowing for the unrestricted movement of the robot. |
