| When Fanuc Robotics asked us to develop a suit for their S-900 Robot to handle billets at 2500°F, we met the challenge! The suit you see to the right is our combination aluminum coated Kevlar / aluminum coated silica fabric Robosuit™, with the optional vortex cooler. With the arm of the robot extracting the billets from a furnace, we needed a material to stand up to the temperatures. The aluminum coated silica fabric does just that...up to 3000°F. |
